HDS utilizes a software management tool that was specifically designed and tested for the promotional products industry. Embroidery and silk-screening are trades by name, but are defined in the promotional products industry as “true art”. Both trades are easy to come by, but when it comes down to the “art” behind it, hard to find. For this reason, HDS Marketing has invested in embroidery and silk-screening operations that are in-house. These capabilities punctuate our ability to increase quality control and therefore, give the client a “WOW” effect. Moreover, meeting a client’s deadline is a big part of the promotional product business. Meeting a client’s deadline and providing a perfect product is a skill.
